Hosting a Client at Empire Sauna: the Car, the Rooms and the Bill, Handled

Taking a client out in Macau puts the whole evening on the host. Here is how the front desk at Empire Sauna takes it back: a private car from the restaurant, a check-in with nothing to explain, separate private suites, dinner included in-house, and one bill settled quietly on the way out. Price guidance as of September 2026.

Dinner is winding down and the second venue is the host’s call. Where to take the client, how the car gets there, who settles the bill and at which moment. The person who arranged the evening is working through that order in their head while the rest of the table is still on dessert.

If you are bringing a client to Macau and have not settled on where the night goes next, this is how Empire Sauna takes a booking: the front desk carries the arrangements, and the host’s only job on the night is the conversation.

The car comes to the restaurant

The transport goes first. Give us the pickup point and the time when you book, and a private car (never shared) meets you at the restaurant door or the hotel driveway. The same car takes you both back to your hotels afterwards, however late it runs, so the evening never ends with a host standing at the kerb looking for a ride while the client waits. The car is free across Macau on bookings made through this site; details on the location page.

Nothing to explain at reception

On arrival, you give your name at reception and that is the whole check-in. The booking is already on file, so there is no moment where you are counting heads or naming packages in front of your guest. A butler takes over from there: lockers, the marble bath pools, the lounge in a robe. Even if this is your client’s first sauna in Macau, you are never the one explaining how the place works. The full sequence is on the how-it-works guide.

Separate suites, separate time

Treatments happen one guest to a room, in hotel-grade private suites: marble walls, a private shower, the door closed. Your client has their own hour and you have yours. If you would like the signature water-bed suite for your guest, say so when you book. Room assignment follows availability on the night, and we are happy to take an instruction to secure the client’s room first. Photos of the suites are on the rooms page.

No hunting for a third venue

The dining hall serves steak, seafood and noodle dishes as part of the visit, with spirits and wine the only extras. Some hosts keep the restaurant leg light and eat properly here; others come for a single plate after the treatment. Either way, nobody is walking the streets after midnight looking for somewhere still open, which on a client night matters more than it sounds.

One bill, settled on the way out

Everything goes on a single bill paid at reception when you leave. You move around the venue hands-free, and the host settles at the end without a wallet ever appearing in front of the guest. Cash (MOP or HKD), credit cards, WeChat Pay and Alipay are all accepted. If you want the client’s package a tier higher than your own, or the bills kept separate, tell us when you book and it is arranged before anyone arrives. That consultation is free.

What it costs (as of September 2026)

The most common instruction on a client booking is a simple one: the guest’s package one tier above the host’s.

SeriesPrice (MOP)
Entry Ticket (minimum spend)1,198
Shanghai2,388
Eastern Series3,088 to 3,588
Chinese Series3,888 to 5,388
European & American3,988 to 4,688
Taiwan & Hong Kong5,888
Japan & Korea5,788 to 6,288

Two shapes come up again and again. Both of you on the Eastern series (3,088 to 3,588), or the client alone moved up to the Japan & Korea series (from 5,788). The second costs roughly 2,700 more, and on a single bill that difference is simply what the host is putting on the table. Listed prices carry 5% tourism tax and 5% service charge on top. Series details are on the price page; current menu confirmed when you book.

The clock is not a problem either

Doors are open 24 hours and therapists are on duty 14:00 to 06:00. A dinner that runs long and an arrival after midnight still leaves a full treatment ahead of you. If your client has no early flight, they can sleep on in a paid private rest room and the car takes them to their hotel in the morning. See the overnight guide.

Questions the front desk hears on client bookings

“My client has never been to a Macau sauna. Is that a problem?” No. A butler leads from reception to the room, so the host never becomes the guide. Booking on WhatsApp or Telegram works in English, and English-speaking guests are common in the venue.

“Can the client’s package be higher than mine?” Yes, and it is the most frequent request on a client booking. Name the two packages separately when you book and nothing needs repeating at reception.

“Do the two free add-ons apply on a client night?” They do on any booking made through this site. Body scrub, ear cleaning and the rest of the eight are chosen on arrival, not before.

You do not need to carry the arrangements alone until the night itself. Date, number of guests, pickup point and the package you want for your client, in one message on WhatsApp or Telegram. Car, rooms and the order of the bill are the front desk’s to set. You go back to the conversation. Start on the booking page.
